You will work one-on-one with our therapist, in a caring, supportive and confidential environment. Our goal is to help you identify feelings, beliefs, behaviours and situations that present challenges to you and your interactions with those around you. You are encouraged and supported to set personal goals that are deemed as appropriate to you. Quite often these goals are something you would like to change in your life: the understanding you have about yourself and others, the way you treat yourself and relate to others, how you interpret a situation and respond to it. We will coach and help you develop skills that help you meet your challenges with greater confidence and peace.
